Relaxing From the Gym

So it has been about 3 weeks and I have taken a break from weight training. Doing a little here and there..but nothing crazy…Sometimes it is difficult for me because I get to a certain point, and I want to just remain the same, but if i go further I will be too toned for my liking…so sometimes I need to take a little break from the gym…Im planning on starting up again tomorrow..is there anyone starting all new tomorrow??

I think if you took a whole year off from weight training you’d still be hot as hell. Please update with more pics soon.

I been obsessed with the gym for the past year or so – but too obsessed and had a few weeks off – Im starting back again but only light stuff – cardio mainly instead of heavy weights
